On the big day, you must be prepared to put your best foot forward for your clients and keep there throughout the day and night. Yes, the old adage is true: if you don't prepare, you prepare to fail! When you're the Wedding Planner, here's our 'warm up' routine on the day before the wedding. Prepare the night before This changes depending on the wedding, but here's an outline of what we recommend you do the day before: Gather everything you'll need on your wedding day. Make folders for yourself and everyone on your team that contain checklists, run-sheets, floorplans, seating charts, and so on. Everyone should have both a hard copy and an electronic copy. To save
